How do I initiate a return or request a refund?

To request a refund, follow these steps:

1. Go to your stylist's online store. 
2. Click the Menu button
3. Click “PROFILE”
4. Navigate to "ORDER HISTORY" and select the order containing the item(s) to be returned. 
5. Click "REQUEST RETURN."
6. Adjust the quantity of the item(s) to be returned.
7. Click "PICK RETURN REASON" and select the appropriate reason.
8. Finally, click "RETURN" to submit your request.
9. You will receive an email confirmation of your refund once completed.
