To request a refund, follow these steps:
- Go to your stylist's online store.
- Click the Menu button
- Click “PROFILE”
- Navigate to "ORDER HISTORY" and select the order containing the item(s) to be returned.
- Click "REQUEST RETURN."
- Adjust the quantity of the item(s) to be returned.
- Click "PICK RETURN REASON" and select the appropriate reason.
- Finally, click "RETURN" to submit your request.
- You will receive an email confirmation of your refund once completed.
